- Hamilton Middle School came to visit this week. Because Hamilton is the middle school most Randall students attend, every student must fill out the yellow registration form and return it to school. Even if you have or are planning to attend another middle school, every Randall 5th grader must fill this form out. Please return the form by:Thursday, February 23rd.
Oldie, but goodies .....
- Families, Please find the January Advanced Learning Newsletter at this link.
- New After School Club at Randall: Is your Randall student a big fan of Greek and Roman Mythology? Do they enjoy books by Rick Riordan?
If they are, we have a new after-school opportunity for them -- Mythology club, which will begin on January 26, 2023. We’ll be meeting Thursday afternoons from 2:40-3:30 to learn about mythological heroes, gods and monsters and also pick up some Latin vocabulary. Our first session will last 6 weeks, meeting on January 26, February 2, February 9, February 16, and February 23. Mythology club will be led by Marissa Gurtler, a PhD student at UW-Madison, with support from Amy Rountree, the Advanced Learning specialist at Randall.
If your student would like to try this activity, please fill out this form. If you have any questions, please contact Amy Rountree at aerountree@madison.k12.wi.us, or (608)204-3337.
